Staff made my day really good
The front desk team was accommodating, helping us navigate local attractions. The King Room with Terrace offered a serene retreat where we unwound after our busy sightseeing days.
While our overall experience was pleasant, some aspects like the breakfast service could use refinement. The crowded restaurant, open to the public, disrupted our quiet mornings.

The location is ideal for early risers. The King Room with Terrace offered a spacious retreat, beautifully designed with a blend of modern and traditional decor. While the ambiance is captivating, the high prices can be a deterrent for those on a budget. Breakfast left much to be desired, with service inconsistent and dishes fairly unremarkable. A Nice Family Retreat
Our family enjoyed fine views of the pagoda from our terrace. The Japanese breakfast, available only at check-in, is awesome for its uniqueness and otherworldly flavors. Make sure to arrive early for serene visits to nearby temples before the crowds. A good experience overall!

The hotel's unbeatable location makes visiting a nearby temple a breeze, without having to fight crowds. the staff are extremely helpful, and Bar Kohaku serves fantastic drinks. Rooms are wonderful with large windows overlooking beautiful views, and the personal bar provides a bountiful supply of free coffee, tea, water, and other refreshments. Bathrooms are clean, modern, and come with Le Labo toiletries.
The breakfast service leaves something to be desired, with primarily average bread and mixed staff friendliness.

Perfect for Xmas. Location in the heart of the city, near the famous temple, offers amazing views. the staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Loved the in-room dining and the personal bar stocked with coffee, tea, and chocolates.
The breakfast service was not up to par compared to other hotels in the same chain. Some staff members could have been friendlier, and the bread was disappointing.
